We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Right of Withdrawal for the European Union (14 Days)
Regardless of the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
